Korg MS2000
Overview
The Korg MS2000 is a four-voice virtual analogue synthesizer introduced in 2000, inspired by the classic sounds and hands-on workflow of vintage analogue instruments. Featuring dual oscillators, extensive modulation, a built-in vocoder, and an intuitive knob-per-function interface, the MS2000 excels at everything from punchy basses and soaring leads to evolving pads and experimental textures. Its distinctive sound and approachable programming interface have made it a favourite among electronic musicians, producers, and sound designers for more than two decades.

Limitations/Quirks
Midisuite supports all capabilities of the Korg MS2000. The MS2000 is slightly odd in that it only sends parameter change messages when the front panel of the device is in edit screen mode. Likewise, it will only respond to dump requests when the front panel is in browser screen mode. Patches will make sure the MS2000 is in the correct mode for specific functionality, but you may find that if you manually change the mode on the device, parameter changes or patch/bank dumps may not work correctly. Our advice is to use Patches for everything and don't touch the device.
